Retail
There is a lot of attention for seaweed because of its sustainability. Seaweed salads are the most accessible of all seaweed products, partly due to the link with Asian cuisine. Everyone knows the wakame salads served with sushi. We supply various seaweed salads and seafood salads in various flavours. From the original wakame salad as you know it from Asian cuisine to smoked squid salad. For European retail, we also offer our products private label in MAP (chilled) packaging. Foodservice
We offer a wide portfolio of frozen seaweed and seafood salads for wholesalers and food service. From the original wakame salad as you know it from Asian cuisine to smoked squid salad. We deliver our products throughout Europe. We have various freezer packs from 250g to 1kg.
Industry
Seaweed salads are increasingly being processed in other products, such as Poke Bowls, salads or wraps. We have large packaging of 2-5 kg especially for the industry, but we can also provide customization in terms of the composition of the product..
